From start to finish this company was amazing to work with-from getting new artwork for their bouncy castle to match my theme, to their patience and great communication. Everything went so smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them for future party needs

I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service provided by connor and max. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. The bouncey castle we rented for our child's birthday party was not only safe and clean but also an absolute hit with the kids. The delivery was punctual, and the setup was seamless. The smiles and laughter from the children were priceless, and it's all thanks to herts parties. Totally recommend these guys. Really great communication and two very friendly and helpful guys showed up to put it up and take it down. The kids had a great time on it and loved the addition of the slide. Will absolutely be using again.
