Can we extend the hire?

Absolutely, just give us a call as early as possible! Please note, we may charge for last minute extensions.


We don't have a back gate can we still hire?

We can usually get a bouncy castle through your house providing there is a clear access route, please let us know at time of booking. We will use a sack trolley to move the bouncy castles, please keep this in mind when requesting access through your house.


What sizes and types of bouncy castles do you have available for rent?

We stock a variety of different sizes suited to indoors and outdoor, take a look!


Do you offer delivery and setup services?

Yes, we offer delivery and setup services to make your rental experience hassle-free. Our team will deliver the bouncy castle to your event location and ensure it is properly set up and secured before the start of the event.


Do you hire to pubs?

Unfortunately due to our insurance we are no longer able to hire to pubs.


What are your safety guidelines?

Safety is our top priority, and we have strict guidelines in place to ensure the safe use of our bouncy castles. These guidelines include weight and age restrictions, proper supervision, and following instructions for setup and use. Our team will provide you with a full list of safety guidelines upon delivery.


Can I change my booking?

If you're looking to amend the asset, date, location or add more please drop us an email as soon as possible by emailing bookings@hertsparties.com Please note, depending on the change you need to make there may be a charge / change in hire price.


Could I cancel my booking?

You may cancel your booking at anytime, however the £30 deposit is non-refundable and will not be returned.


How does your pricing work? Is it hourly or daily?

We charge a fixed daily rate as standard. We do not offer discounts for shorter hire periods.


When do you drop off and pick up the bouncy castles?

We operate a delivery slot based system for home gardens. You can select your slot during booking. Collection times are between 5pm and 7pm as standard.


What payments do you accept?

You can pay the deposit online using card or PayPal. The remaining amount can be paid online, or with card / Apple Pay on delivery!


Do you accept cash?

We prefer to take payments online or by card! If you only have cash we will accept it.



Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes! We hold £2million public liability insurance. Please note, this does not cover accidents that may happen due to misuse or lack of supervision of the unit. It covers incidents occurring due to faulty equipment. Please ensure you read and follow our full terms of hire agreement before signing!
