Safety Rules
At Active Softplay, the safety and enjoyment of our customers is our top priority. To ensure a safe and fun experience for all, we have established the following safety rules for the use of our bouncy castles:
- Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by an adult at all times while using the bouncy castle.
- No food, drinks, or chewing gum is allowed on the bouncy castle.
- No sharp objects, such as knives or scissors, are allowed on the bouncy castle.
- No rough play or horseplay is allowed on the bouncy castle.
- No flipping or somersaulting is allowed on the bouncy castle.
- No shoes or socks are allowed on the bouncy castle.
- The maximum weight limit is 250 lbs per person.
- In the event of inclement weather, the bouncy castle must be evacuated immediately and cannot be used until the weather clears.
- The bouncy castle must be used in accordance with the instructions provided by Herts Parties staff.

Well how do I book?
It's easy! Just click here or give us a call to get started. Once we receive your request, we'll ask you a few questions to ensure we can service your event. These may include:
- How big is your garden?
- Is it flat and grassed?
- How do we access your garden? Through the house or an alleyway?
- Do you have any pets?
We ask these questions to avoid disappointment on the day. We'd much rather tell you before we arrive that we won't be able to set up than have to ruin your party on the day.
